Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can switch plans whenever you like — upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties.
Do my QR codes still work if I cancel or downgrade?
Yes — always. Your codes keep redirecting to their destination no matter what happens to your plan. If you cancel or downgrade, you lose the ability to edit the destination and detailed analytics stop, but every scan still reaches your URL. Upgrade again any time to restore editing and full analytics.
What is a dynamic QR code?
A dynamic QR code lets you change the destination URL at any time without reprinting — so you can update a flyer, menu or poster without creating a new code. Dynamic codes are available on all paid plans.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Our Free plan gives you everything you need to test the platform with no time limit. When you're ready to scale up, upgrading takes less than a minute.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
How does QR code scan tracking work?
Every time someone scans your QR code we log the date, time, country, city and device type. You can view this data on your analytics dashboard filtered by any date range.
What counts as a "QR code" towards my plan limit?
Each unique QR code you create counts as one towards your plan quota. Editing or updating a dynamic QR code does not use an additional slot.
Can I use Guru QR for my business clients?
Absolutely. The Pro and Elite plans are designed for agencies and businesses managing multiple campaigns. Our Enterprise plan adds white-labelling and custom integrations.
What happens if my free code goes over 100 scans?
It keeps working — your code never stops redirecting. We just stop recording detailed analytics (country, city, device) once you hit 100 scans for that month. You'll still see a total scan count. Upgrade to a paid plan to unlock full analytics on all scans.
What if Guru QR ever closes?
Your codes keep working for as long as Guru QR runs. If we ever close, you'll get at least 12 months' notice and a full export of all your destinations so you can point them elsewhere before the service ends.
