Do my QR codes still work if I cancel or downgrade?

Yes. Static QR codes continue to redirect correctly regardless of your plan. If you downgrade, codes over your plan limit will be archived but not deleted.

What is a dynamic QR code?

A dynamic QR code lets you change the destination URL at any time without reprinting — so you can update a flyer, menu or poster without creating a new code. Dynamic codes are available on all paid plans.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Our Free plan gives you everything you need to test the platform with no time limit. When you're ready to scale up, upgrading takes less than a minute.

What payment methods do you accept?

How does QR code scan tracking work?

Every time someone scans your QR code we log the date, time, country, city and device type. You can view this data on your analytics dashboard filtered by any date range.

What counts as a "QR code" towards my plan limit?

Each unique QR code you create counts as one towards your plan quota. Editing or updating a dynamic QR code does not use an additional slot.
